“Numb”
 
As my disabilities have advanced, I have had to find new ways to paint, especially on days where my neuropathy would not allow me to hold a paintbrush. The intense pins and needles feeling would overwhelm me, that my hands would feel numb. 
Instead of giving up creating, I adapted. I could still express what I was feeling on the inside, as I was losing the feeling of my extremities.
